Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Carefully repackage your items in their original LSA International gift boxes and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.
Label and Post
Print your generated return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned glassware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
